Stacy Owens, Licensed Massage Therapist

Stacy has a B.A. in Communication Studies from Montclair State University and is a 2007 graduate from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage.  She shares a busy wellness practice with licensed acupuncturist, Jaime Wherry, in Vernon, New Jersey.  Over the years, Stacy has had great success working with clients seeking relief from chronic issues such as general neck/back tension, frozen shoulder, migraines, plantar fasciitis, and muscular pain due to scoliosis.  As a longtime runner and triathlete she is well informed on common athletic injuries and can develop a plan for treating an injury where massage and bodywork are applicable.  Memberships include the ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) and ICTA (International Cupping Therapy Association).

Stacy's bodywork philosophy is that we are all unique individuals with specific needs. Therefore, she listens to her clients' needs and then develops a massage and bodywork plan that will help them achieve their goals for wellness.
